To make the most of our time together it will help if you do a bit of prep work beforehand. We've put together a workshop checklist below but there's no need to worry if you don't have every piece of information or photo by the time of the workshop. Once you understand the basics of Squarespace adding new pages and other elements will be a snap.
Workshop Checklist
- Laptop computer
- Photos. Eight - ten of your favorite photos organized in a single folder.
- These can be shots of you through the years, photos from your engagement shoot, DMV headshots. Remember: Your wedding website should reflect who you truly are as a couple.

- Event details. For each wedding event:
- Start and end time
- The venue's street address
- Dress code
- A photo of the venue
- Registry details. For each store where you have registered:
- The link to your specific registry page
- The logo for each store where you're registered. Tip: Do an Advanced Google Image Search and select "transparent" under "colors in image". These images will look great on your website.
- Travel and accommodation details.
- The best airports, train stations, or bus stations for out-of-towners to travel through.
- The names and addresses of the hotels where out-of-towners will stay along with:
- Links to each hotel's website
- Two or three photos of each hotel
- Details related to any room blocks, such as pricing, options, et cetera.
